Real Conversations. Real Outcomes

21 qualified partners. A warmer first conversation.
Prateek Group put Vaani on its broker outreach list. The agent qualified real estate professionals, introduced the partner program, and earned permission for a Relationship Manager callback.

A long list is only the beginning.
A developer’s channel network needs active conversations. Working a cold or dormant broker list takes volume, and Relationship Managers can spend much of that time on voicemails, wrong numbers and contacts outside real estate.
Prateek needed to establish industry fit and introduce its project before asking a closer to join. The useful outcome was a broker who had heard the story and agreed to talk again.
From an unfamiliar number to a familiar project.
- 01
Earn two minutes
Priya, the virtual representative, asks for two minutes and checks whether the contact works in real estate. That qualification happens before the detailed project introduction or callback request.
- 02
Connect the story
The agent connects the Progressive Prateek partner program with the upcoming Sector 150 project, A Story of Fine Living. Credibility points rotate across calls to support the introduction.
- 03
Make the launch tangible
The introduction includes A Stage Called Tomorrow, the project’s Broadway-inspired launch event. Detailed RERA and exact pricing questions are left for a human Relationship Manager to answer.
- 04
Ask permission to follow up
Interested real estate professionals are asked whether a senior Relationship Manager can call them. The handoff starts with a broker who has heard the pitch and agreed to continue.
The dialing ends where the relationship begins.
The campaign placed 69,990 calls and completed 16,282 conversations over 305 hours of automated talk time. It generated 21 qualified callbacks: three hot leads and 18 warm leads.
Each callback was a contact who confirmed an industry connection, heard the Sector 150 introduction and agreed to speak with a Relationship Manager. The agent also absorbed 53,708 unsuccessful dials, leaving the team a smaller, more useful set of conversations to continue.
The conversation gave partners a connected introduction to the program, project and launch event before the human follow-up. It could acknowledge a question about the source of the contact and explain the professional networking context. By keeping granular project questions for the Relationship Manager, the agent left the next conversation with a clear purpose and a person equipped to answer in detail.
Different outcomes. A clear next step for each.
