Real Conversations. Real Outcomes
4,409 buyers, ready for a human closer.
Sat Kartar Life put Vaani at the front of its inbound sales calls. The agent answered product and delivery questions, qualified purchase intent, and connected ready buyers to a human agent with permission.

An incoming buyer should keep moving.
Inbound spikes can leave buyers waiting while agents answer repeated delivery, pricing and product-use questions. Moving a caller to a closer before they are ready uses human time without a clear purchase signal.
Sat Kartar Life needed a first response that could handle those early questions and identify readiness. The handoff had to happen after the customer agreed to the offer and gave permission to connect.
Answer first. Qualify. Then connect.

Understand the inquiry
Priya answers incoming inquiries about Dhurandhar Oil and gathers the caller’s location and relevant context. The first conversation helps identify what the customer needs to know before deciding to continue.
- 02
Resolve early questions
The agent explains the six-bottle pack at ₹2,500 and handles questions about delivery timing, returns and product use. The conversation stays with the customer’s practical questions before a human joins.
- 03
Confirm readiness
Before transferring, the agent confirms the customer’s verbal agreement to the price and asks permission to connect them. Customers who cannot continue can request a callback for a later conversation.

Bring in the closer
Ready buyers connect to a human agent for final address capture and billing. Priya gives a localized farewell and mutes her audio while the network connects the customer to the closer.
The closer joins a conversation already underway.
Across 11,509 inbound calls, the agent completed 11,497 conversations and handled 716 hours of automated talk time. It recorded 5,901 qualified outcomes: 4,409 ready-to-buy live transfers and 1,492 callback requests.
Transferred buyers had agreed to the ₹2,500 pack price and held for a human to confirm address and billing. Callback customers gave the team a later opportunity to continue. The source also records 857 customers who dropped off because of price constraints, keeping those conversations out of the ready-to-buy handoff.
The workflow kept the last part of the sale with a person. A live transfer meant the customer had expressed readiness and accepted the price; the closer still completed address and billing confirmation. That distinction made the handoff specific, while customers who wanted more time could continue through the separate callback path.
